Fitness and strength in our senior years is a priority to help remain independant and pain free. Club Vulcan, your Private Health Club, offers a dedicated and supervised program for senior men and women, every week day from 9am to12 noon. Book in now to join our dedicated Seniors Training Sessions. You will receive a written exercise program that combines cardio fitness and strength training. We will take you through your program and supervise you while you train. Benefits of the Program include: Helping to control weight, blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes.
