EASY PACE FITNESS Classes are designed to improve general fitness in mature age people including strengthening muscles and bones for increased mobility and general fitness.
Easypace classes incorporate light weight exercises designed to increase overall muscle mass, bone density and improve cardiovascular health.
Improving your strength and fitness in our Easypace classes will help you with everyday tasks such as housework, shopping or chasing after the grandkids.
